Hillary Clinton

So why are we pussy footing around an open discussion of Hillary Clinton's book? Is this not a Dem site and was Hillary Clinton not our nominee for 2016?
Look, her perspective matters and we should consider it and support her still. She lives!
I am convinced she won much more than 3 mil of the popular vote. Trickles of information indicates votes were probably hacked in the key must-win states, and even more information comes in of other shenanigans that kept people from voting or failed to properly count their votes.
Still, HC is treated as a failed candidate, unlike her primary Challenger.
We need to be able to discuss what happened like nobody's business! We need to stand up for our girl who soundly whooped ass.
question everything
(48,747 posts)Yes, I will come and say that she was not the ideal candidate. The email fiasco - I wish never happened.
But then I stop and think: whatever her flaws were, Whiny Donny's were worse. At every step that he took many Republicans shook their heads and thought that his candidacy was over.
And when it come down to it: she did not lose the elections; Trump won.
There are too many people in this country that are full of rage, feel that someone cheated them of, what, their birthright. And using Trump to tell the rest of us F**k you was what they wanted.
There were enough of them in strategic locations to tile the results. And, yes, too many Sanders supporters stayed home or voted for him. I don't know how many of them were in WI, PA, and MI.
But it is true that Jill Stein had more votes than the difference. At least in Michigan, I think.

(19,460 posts)You can't say she was right about everything in her book. If you have a Twitter Account, join some of the groups there. No one can alert on your posts there. Most of us are already there.

(12,149 posts)That is why I posted as I did...here. Have we become so ridiculous we cannot openly discuss anything regarding our nominee who should be in the oval office right now?
This is just nuts. She handled the primary, election, and concession with the grace of a statesman seldom seen today and we can barely mention her.
