Ende plans to build more than 1,000 kilometers of power lines to reach 66,345 Bolivian families

Published: Thursday, May 04, 2023

UNICOM / ENDE, 05-04-2023.- ENDE Corporación plans to build more than a thousand kilometers of power lines by 2023 that will benefit 66,345 homes, which will be able to have electricity 24 hours a day. This planning mainly includes projects that benefit populations in rural Bolivia.

The investment exceeds Bs. 644 million and includes the construction of medium and low voltage networks within the national territory. These projects require the installation of poles, electrical wiring, transformation points, among other complementary works. The human deployment that is carried out in this type of project is also essential, since, in the case of rural electrification, ENDE's technical personnel travel to towns far from our country.

The projects to expand the electrical network will continue to cover a large number of towns throughout the country. For this, ENDE Corporación's distribution companies not only build electrical lines, but also plan the construction of electrical substations with state-of-the-art equipment.
