Jason Grosfeld the developer of the Four Seasons Costa Palmas has been sued between his Donald Trump real estate project and his projects in Mexico by over 100 times.
In his latest scandal he is bait and switching unsuspecting buyers who have bought homes in Costa Palmas in Cabo San Lucas. Where the beautiful new Four Seasons is located they are cancelling memberships for those who dispute and sue them after they upcharge and extort their buyers.
There's also an Aman hotel being built that his company Iron Gate is building and he has continuously up charged and screwed over buyers there as well. One was an elderly man who wanted to retire in Cabo San Lucas but after waiting for 4 years for them to build his house as he's not allowed to use anybody else said I am just going to sell my property and move on as Costa Palmas is not for me and these guys are just scammers.
If you've been scammed in Costa Palmas by Jason Grosfeld, Mitchell Laufer, Michael Radovan, or Irongate we ask that you come forward. Here are additional validated articles:

ason Grosfeld discovered Mexicos secluded East Cape while searching for a place for his kids to swim during a 2005 Cabo San Lucas vacation.
In the entire resort area of Cabo, theres no place they could get in the water, said Mr. Grosfeld, CEO of California-based developers Irongate. But on the East Cape, we found the Sea of Cortez was calm, with miles of swimmable white-sand beaches.
Today, Mr. Grosfelds company is putting the finishing touches on Costa Palmas, a 1,500-acre East Cape resort community whose hospitality and residential brands include Four Seasons, Amanvari and Irongates own Casa Blake. About 45 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, the project also boasts a yacht club, golf course, outposts of restaurants like Mozza and Milos, and its own nightclub.
What were creating is ultra-luxury, but also funky, fun and cool, Mr. Grosfeld said, referring to Costa Palmas as the Riviera of the Americas.
