From the English translation of an article that appeared on the online version of El Universal, a Colombian newspaper:

I did some editing in order to improve on clarity.
Here goes:
The Gotham hotel (an AirBnB) was the site where the American Timothy Alan Livingston was found in the early hours of March 27 with three minors, one of them trans. Two minor girls were accompanied by a minor boy approximately 10 years old, known as El Campanero (the Bell Tower). This boy appears in videos indicating when they could enter the apartments of the exclusive tourist complex, which charges between 1,200,000 and 3 million pesos per night. EL Campanero was seen by cameras alerting girls to enter the building when the security guard left during the juvenile curfew. The hotel had already banned them from entering, and cameras show how they took advantage of the vigilante's (the guard) relay to enter the building , a source close to the case said, highlighting that Airbnb standards, by which apartments are rented, are strict in the fight against sex tourism. Once the case was known, the Gotham Hotel canceled Livingston's contract and his stay on site. Apartment 5, where Timothy Alan Livingston was staying, was found in alarming conditions. There was reportedly a strong smell of marijuana, and cigarettes were found around a jacuzzi. Also, the girls were in tiny bathing suits inside the jacuzzi with him. The hotel door opening card was stained with a pink substance. A bottle containing marijuana cigarette butts disappeared, and the police who arrived at the scene did not make a security cordon or inspect the bathroom, where the employees found five used condoms. They did not preserve the scene , a witness stated. In addition, girls are observed in videos counting about 300 thousand pesos in 50 thousand bills, which will be key to the investigation.
According to the scoop obtained by El Tiempo, details will be delivered to the prosecuting entity about the incident, at the same time that it is investigated why the 36-year-old foreigner was not handed over to the Prosecutor's Office despite the circumstances found. The Prosecutor's Office is investigating why he was not brought to authority. A staff member from the luxurious Gotham City hotel (an AirBnB) in Medellín will be questioned by the Prosecutor's Office. The Police began their own investigation to determine why the foreigner was not handed over to the Prosecutor's Office and why he was not detained despite the evidence found. Hotel owners are cooperating with the investigation and are considered bona fide third parties.

(162,376 posts)It would be wonderful to be able to believe this will all catch up with the US American someday.
It is good to know, however, it appears his face has been shown widely in the city, and throughout the country.
Here's hoping someone will show up at his home in the U.S. soon with a message he really doesn't want to hear.
Thanks for the more detailed acount. He's every bit as loathsome as someone could be.
