It was posted in GD.

Excellent piece. She looks just like Senator Kerry. Reminds me of Vanessa.

What is strange in the article is that a lot of what they say about Peggy is true of JK. I really had a problem with the use of the word "grandiosity", until I realized that my initial take at the meaning was with delusions of grandeur. In Kerry's case, he really is someone exceptional taking on great challenges. (As to the pathological definition of grandiosity, they have the wrong MA senator.)

They are total wrong and I have to assume it was done purposely to misrepresent Sen. Kerry. This is probably the reason his sister Peggy wanted nothing to do with the article.
I went back and read something else this writer did on Kerry and it was nasty.(Swiftboaters) She obviously has a problem with his appointment.

And she does look quite a lot like Senator Kerry. It makes me wonder if they both resemble their mother or father more.

She looks like a really warm person. And kudos to her for surviving 8 years under W. . obviously, a strong person, too!

My oldest did her undergrad degree in NYC and her favorite professor, who became her adviser, told her about going to Florida to campaign for JK with Peggy Kerry, who was a friend. Everything she said (per my daughter) was very positive.

Noting Wisteria's comment, it is funny that the article ends up reading very positively about Peggy, even though the author is right wing. The odd comment by the Romney guy, who worked for Bolton, was easily dismissed as, what one would expect from that gang. Part of that time JK was dealing with the dysfunctional 109th Congress. I wonder if their calls were essentially a support group for dealing with the idiocy that both were facing.

Their parents really deserve a huge amount of credit for raising 4 strong, committed children.
