Lima did reach a climate agreement -- here's link in LBN, that is getting very little attention

As noted in several other threads here, Kerry's work leading up to this and in Lima was very important to this. Without the China Pact, they would not be here.

Though some claim, it is not enough - which is predictable, having commitments to at least move in the right direction for the first time is really important. This has to be a real victory for the Kerrys - and the Obama administration.
