MSNBC is advertising that Chris Hayes will have a 1 to 1 conversation with Kerry tonight at 8

A segment played earlier where Hayes asked him about Trump's comment that it was better to negotiate by shaking things up and being unpredictable. Kerry's answer was great - and very serious - while almost ignoring Trump, other than beginning by saying that it was not Trump hotels - making clear that the consequences were far graver and the issues more complicated. A wonderful NOT political case IMPLICITLY made that Trump's experience is not on the same level as running the US.

I missed the ads and the interview, because I was watching Obama's town hall meeting. .

...a huge fan of Chris Hayes, but I do think he connects to a younger audience and that both Kerry and Obama have consistently reached out to young, future (hopefully) Dems.
Kerry did well, as usual. He talked a little more about the political situation than he usually does, with Hayes' prodding questions. He was asked about Trump's comment about allies being rattled. Unlike Trump, he didn't think that was a positive thing.
The war in Yemen was also discussed. I think it's great that Kerry was mostly questioned about issues. I'm pretty tired of 'All Trump, All the Time' on most TV coverage.
And Hayes says the part of the interview about climate change would air later in June.
