Wassup with Harvard?

I'm listening to NPR in the car earlier it seems there's some controversy over the new rules. The Law School seems to be taking exception to the requirement for acceptance before sex.

It's agreed that if she says no it means no, but now she must say yes or it's a no. Does that mean a consent agreement is needed?

I can't imagine the people coming up with this stuff have ever been laid. The two of you are doing whatever you're doing and then there's that magic moment when you look into each other's eyes with that look and start ripping clothes off with a zeal your boss will never see at work.

"Uh, sorry. Would you be a dear and sign this. Don't want you waking up tomorrow with regrets and forgetting what happened."

OK, then, back to ripping clothes off and limbs flailing about.

...you could just keep a "date" card in your wallet. You meet someone for a date and they sign your card accepting the date. If, at some point things progress further, your date gives you their preauthorized "sex" card with the "Sex OK" block punched out, kinda like voting.

Of course that would give a whole new spin on the term "dangling chad".

and graduated in 1988. The amount of sex between classmates - as opposed to that with non-HLS-student SOs was a very small non-zero number.

There was a good reason for that.
