10% down. A bear market starts at 20% down...

During that same period, an intermediate-term corporate bond fund (VICSX) fell 4.1% in price. Illustrating that bonds haven't been a safe haven.

because the MSM is owned and managed by right wingers. I wish that they would show the Russian stock market and the Ruble.

For the Russian stock market, I think you can check something called MOEX.ME for instance here:

Last I looked, the Russian stock market was down 19.82% from yesterday.
