Wow, Apple and Amazon both look like bargains right now!
I wish I had some $ to put into Apple right now. I already have a ton invested in it. And even though I hate Amazon, my broker bought some without confirming it with me. I never would have bought it. But after the split, I think I average $124 a share. It's now down to around $80.

Apple is reportedly "seriously" concerned over the sales performance of the iPhone 14 Plus, the 6.7-inch non-Pro variant of the ?iPhone 14? lineup. As a result, it is considering ways to restrategize its iPhone lineup for next year.

(6,893 posts)a few more weeks to see their sales from Xmas report before buying in to Amazon. Be ready the day they are going to announce. You can either buy right before it starts to climb on a good report, or buy when it falls on a bad one.

(706 posts)But I'm in for Apple at less than a buck a share - yeah Buffet-ville - buy and hold. For the most part, I did sell off a few shares, gads must have been a couple of decades ago as less than $100/share was a good profit. Wish I hadn't but after the splits, still not complaining. I'm in a bit of a no-buy mode right now.
