Small business governance

All I'm looking for a good book or resource for running a small family corporation.

Something that covers corporate governance such as shareholders meeting, election of boards, election of officers, running board meetings, some Roberts rules of order, legal, minutes and more.

Something for the secretary ( officer) on the board. Not too deep, for a smaller family corporation with shareholders.

Thanks

there are plenty of resources online. Some may depend on the type of business you are running. You might start with looking at Operating Agreements and then customize to your particular circumstances.
