A Chipotle's went into a nearby mall just a few months ago. The mall is less than 2 miles from my house!

Mmmm...something tells me I'm going to start taking walks more often!

Their guac is really good, too. In fact, when grocery store avocados are hard as rocks & we want guac that night, I get it at Chipotle.

the "mineral" I added to make curds was epsom salts.

Would love to try a sofrita but we have no Chipolte near us.

twice I ordered items in a vegan restaurant that I didn't expect to be spicy but were actually unpleasantly so (for me), e.g., a very spicy TLT (Tofu lettuce tomato).

Everything's gotta be spicy hot in vegan cuisine now. Drives me nuts.

Get your damned sriracha away from my food!

When I ordered the Tofu BLT I was very surprised by the heat but I foolishly ate it anyway because I was hungry. It made me sick. (Since then they've put in the description that it had a chipotle sauce. I never would have ordered it if I knew about the chipotle.) Then some other restaurant I think has the same owners - months later I ordered something else (don't recall what) that I was sure would not be spicy and it was. I didn't finish it. Not everybody likes or can tolerate very spicy food. WTF?

and I do fine with the sofritas -- the little bit of kick that is there is cooled down by the guacamole and rice. I just made sure to avoid the salsa.

Personally, I don't like the way it tastes. I always go with black beans and guac. The guac is free if you do it that way.
