Highly relevant for a healthy approach to eating.

Down 1/2 pound since Saturday, seemingly effortlessly.

I am not sure there was a lot of new information there, but it is absolutely amazing what a reinforcement of what I already knew, backed up by well-documented and a good presentation can do.

I woke up Saturday morning contemplating a drive to close-in SE Portland to Voodoo Donuts and after watching Forks Over Knives ended up at Trader Joe's and a greengrocer instead.

Great documentary. Wish I'd watched it sooner.

reinforcement is a good thing... I'm down about 16 lbs since I started eating the way I knew I should even when I wasn't...

my downfall... olive oil and alcohol... not ready to give either up
