Paul made an absolutely DEE-LISH dinner last night!
He sliced some baked potatoes and fried them in a little oil. Sauteed some onions and mushrooms in a little oil. Combined them. Added some sausage style seitan from Upton's. When the whole kit and kaboodle was done he added some Daiya cheese. I think this was, quite easily, one of the best meals we've had in some time.
I want it again and we're out of Upton's.

I add sliced green peppers to the equation, but pretty close. Yum!
