and friends. He was 77.

living a healthy life. He was one of my "gate way" doc's for a healthy living program...

of the plant based lifestyle. I have watched numerous videos about veganism that included interviews with him.

I picked it up for a dollar at the Goodwill store in 1989. I still have it and I just used the whole wheat muffin recipe yesterday.
