EU Elections: Why the Left Did Surprisingly Well in the Nordics - TLDR News EU



You will have already heard a lot about EU elections: from the rise of the right, Macron's sudden election, and Germany's AfD. But, the Nordics appeared to have gone into the opposite direction than the rest of Europe with left-wing, green, and far-left parties all making gains.

We saw a swing to both sides in our country. The right has won but the extreme left has won too. For the moment it is not a matter of polirization as in the US, it is confusion. We are on crossroads but in the end the left will win it is called evolution. To put into some perspective.... what we call the right in Belgium are more socialist then the democrats in the US...Think about that and love you all 😀
