Putin Lost Control Over Kadyrov. Chechnya Asserts Dominance Over Russia - The Russian Dude‬

Kadyrov was always untouchable for Putin. Since he came to power back in early 2000s, slowly but surely, Chechnya asserted dominance over Russia. And inevitably, Putin lost control over Kadyrov. It started as the "Chechenization" of the region, but the entire Russia got changed as a result. The division of Russia under Kadyrov's family was swift. And as of right now, Kadytov literally became "the almighty one".
