I can only imagine that Trump will withdraw troops around the world, just as he did in Syria when he told them to "Bug Out" and leave everything behind........Which allowed Putin to make Assad (Putin's pet poodle) the head of Syria. The timing was perfect, Assad had used chemical weapons, that Putin/Russia had given him, on towns suspected of harboring Rebels. The investigation team from the Hague had just finished their investigation, documenting the bombs came from Russia, and that Assad used them on his own people, killing every man, woman and child by a horrific means, poison gas.... They were ready to go back to the Hague with proof and documentation that Putin/Assad were guilty of crimes against humanity. They had to "bug out" also, amid an attack by Assad's military going on around them......
