One of such is that Putin drastically reduced war budget, cutting the payments to soldiers as much as by 30 times. The revised compensation for soldiers does not look attractive anymore. Then there is also new financial accountability for soldiers as well. They are personally responsible for damaged, destroyed, or lost military equipment. The future of Russian military is uncertain, as the invasion is no longer sustainable.
