Saudis Deny Visas For Israeli Reporters Covering Trump Visit

Several Israeli journalists planning to cover President Trump’s visit to the Middle East were denied visas to Saudi Arabia and will not be able to board the press plane.

Orly Azoulay, a reporter for the newspaper Yedioth Ahronot, and Gil Tamary of Channel 10 were scheduled to cover Trump’s first overseas visit as Commander-in-Chief, and were approved by the White House to join the press charter plane accompanying the president. But on Wednesday, both were notified that the Saudi embassy had refused to grant them visas to the kingdom, which will be Trump’s first stop. The reason given was their affiliation with Israeli media outlets. Both reporters are U.S. citizens.

You can tell the speech writer went out of his way to never mention Israel.

For example:

"America has suffered repeated barbaric attacks – from the atrocities of September 11th to the devastation of the Boston Bombing, to the horrible killings in San Bernardino and Orlando.

The nations of Europe have also endured unspeakable horror. So too have the nations of Africa and even South America. India, Russia, China and Australia have been victims.

But, in sheer numbers, the deadliest toll has been exacted on the innocent people of Arab, Muslim and Middle Eastern nations. They have borne the brunt of the killings and the worst of the destruction...."

Fucking asshole. Israel should cancel his visit.

The price they paid for having a fellow rightwing ethnonationalist in power in the US is now they are expected to take orders from the US, and Tr*mp doesn't want them making any waves.
