ICC issues arrest warrants for Israel's Netanyahu, Gallant and Hamas leader

This is the headline from Reuters dated 11/21/24. So we'll see if the now legally accused and sought for trial will be impacted. I expect the US to be non-stop criticism. An interesting thought is whether either the US or Iran might be in line as either aiding and abetting war crimes or possibly as co-conspirator since there was coordination, planning and intelligence assistance provided.

doesn't matter whether a UK court agrees or not. Israel has argued that because it is not a member state of the ICC that they don't have jurisdiction. They lost that argument long ago. The ICJ also heard the same argument and Israel lost there also. She is harping a line that goes nowhere. The US harps a similar line. But amazingly these same people have no problem claiming the ICC has no jurisdiction claim it does or doesn't selectively depending on whose ox is being gored.

The TALK is the British equivalent of Fox and so I give it the same credibility.
