I wonder if there is an unwritten agreement or professional courtesy that

incoming administrations look the other way at previous administrations wrong doings and, is that influencing the DOJ? I think they are slow walking for a reason and it has nothing to do with doting i's and crossing T's.

There's a written agreement that politicians won't commit treason. I'd hope that would take precedence.
