I think that today I posted about the most important law ever passed by any Congress of the U.S.A.

This is total speculation. It is my opinion only..........

That legislation is the ............."First Amendment to the Constitution of The United States of America."
(The five freedoms it protects: speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government.)

I feel like I walked into a huge church or synagogue, and just recited the most important prayer ever written.

Isn’t Desantis saying that the First Amendment doesn’t apply to the States? After all, it does begin “Congress shall make no law respecting…” And wouldn’t the current crop of Supreme Court justice’s with their fetish for “originalism” be likely to support that notion?
