Foreign intrigue in the shutdown

Just thinking about the shutdown and the connection with Citizens United decision by the Supreme Court. Seeing as how we are not allowed to really know who is providing money to our politicians, is it possible that foreign entities could be cash hacking our congressmen and women who subscribe to the Tea Party strain of political "thought"? Is this a harbinger of a new form of warfare in which political chaos is sown prior to other types of assaults such as taking down the financial markets or electrical grid. The Tea Baggers may be unwitting dupes to this kind of action, let's face it tea Baggers don't strike anybody as intelligent or even operating with evidence based decision making skills. Even if follow on attacks don't emerge, the harm done to Americas' reputation on the world stage is considerable. If we can be made to appear unstable, unreliable and inconsistent in small things like funding our own government, how can we possibly seem rational to the rest of the world. I'm sure China would love to be the currency master of the world don't you think so? Crisis management is supposed to be something you do as an unusual event, not as a new normal in social operating systems. It's not an optional style of national governance.
