3. yeah, a few minutes to get the feet wet, definitely. Then the locations of things make sense, plus,

as they make all the functionality of the actual site complete, more things that are currently not "on" will be activated. As you can tell above, most of the very top things on the right are not active, just two, as of this post.

This new layout is nicely done. It will take some time to get used to it, but it does look good. I see nowhere for avatars and signature lines. I take it they haven't gotten that part up yet or I'm not looking in the right place.

First DU3 preview post. Interesting, but it's going to take some getting used to, certainly; managed to get a bit stuck on jury duty, after agreeing to serve but arriving late for the sequestration . . . or something . . .

Switching the format to classic helped some though. I'm going to go wandering around and look at the place for a while. I hope no "seniors" blindfold me and tell me there is some elevator in front of me and to step in...only to find out it's really some really steep stairs and my ass is taking a fall,

At my high school, that's what they (12th graders) did to freshmen who asked for directions on campus. If you weren't wearing a cheerleading uniform or a football jersey of some kind, you were taking that fall on the "elevator" that didn't exist at that school.
