So the ACA should still be in effect at least until then.

How long it will survive beyond that if the court rules against it, I do not know. If we have a Democratic President, House and Senate next year, it's possible that they could tweak the law to address the argument in the lawsuit, and then it would be able to continue. But if the Repukes maintain control of the Senate, it's unlikely they would even allow a vote on on the necessary changes.

In other words, there's a lot of uncertainty at this point, unfortunately.

It was Congress's repeal of the individual mandate which is the basis of this latest challenge.
