Having issues eating

A day after I got a noggin whacking. I feel just nauseated but I'm hungry. But at the same time I don't wanna eat because I feel sick to my stomach too. What should I do? Drink some fruit and veggies? Also having crying fits all day. My anxiety is out of control now since I'm constantly worrying about brain bleeding.

Do not try and do much at all for the next few days, sleep and get well.

You should stay away from any computer screens. No TV or reading either.

tell you whether to go back there, or what else to do. Even at night, your doc will have an answering service, and you should get a call back.

And, yes, saltines help pregnant women with nausea. I am old now, but I have a fragile tummy, so I often have to resort to saltines.

Doctor recommended a CT scan to make sure there was no bleeding. When that was negative, my anxiety went way down. I was put on “brain rest” until my dizziness and other symptoms left.

Have you talked to your doctor? I think you need to be evaluated if you haven’t yet.

You can go a long time without eating but not drinking. Keep up with taking fluids. You’ll get your appetite back soon. 💖💖💖💕💕💕

Stay hydrated and drink some fluids with some nutrient content like juices. Avoid dairy products until after your appetite comes back.

What will help is time & hydration, but if you're hungry, toast some bread, butter lightly & put some cinnamon sugar on it.

Fluids and rest would be great things. Your body will let you know when it needs food. Focus on treating yourself.

Drinking is important, part of your nausea might be due to dehydration.

And if it isn't, throwing something up is not nearly as bad as dry heaves.

But definitely, try some plain saltines. And drink some water.
