Related: About this forumHusband still testing positive
After 3 weeks. We were hoping it would be negative this time because he has been improving and slowly getting better. He is vaxed and boosted twice but he had cancer 25 yrs ago and his body always gets sick easy.
We still have him in isolation to protect me but this is going on forever. The docs don't say anything just time will cure since he is better but weak.
He's getting antsy and I don't blame him.
I read this morning it could take months to get a negative test is that true?

(12,205 posts)and patience. I am so spoiled normally my husband cooks his own food, does 1/2 the cleaning, outside stuff, we take turns walking the dog. You know normal life stuff.
For the past 3 weeks I have done it all and just not use to it, I don't think I mowed a lawn in decades, lol. And I haven't cooked for a man 3 times and day for weeks on end since my first husband 30 plus years ago. And I have never dragged the heavy propane tank from grill to be refilled.
So on top of taking on everything and sanitizing just tired. I am a healthy 66 yr old so I should have plenty of energy for this so its just I am spoiled!!!
