I've always wondered if that is a skill picked up in kindergarten....I started school in England....no naps

I currently have a Fitbit Luxe, it cost me 100 bucks....

the stats are interesting, indicates what time your sleep started, when it ended, and the stats for the actual sleep stages: Awake, REM, Light & Deep

for example, my stats for today :


07:22 - 13:16 (went to sleep at 7:22AM, woke up at 1:16PM) ---->

40 mins AWAKE (11%)
1HR 4mins REM (18%)
3HR 20mins LIGHT SLEEP (57%)
50 mins DEEP SLEEP (14%)

which would come in handy if you got Covid

mine right now is 96%
