Moving along with brain/fluid issues,

had 2d MRI after 10+ years Thursday (@ Johns Hopkins,) next step lumbar puncture Feb. 8, telehealth consult Feb. 21, and then whatever.

Impressed by Hopkins thoroughness, and apparent competence.
