that it should be in our foods and not taken as a supplement unless recommended by a Doctor. Green Leafy, etc.

I'm on Eliquis for example and should steer clear of it as a supplement.

I do heavy on the D3 (recommended by my Doc) tho.

K1 and K2 are different. K1 more from green leaf vegs. K2 more from meat and dairy.
I’ve been taking K2/D3 for over a year. My dentist ask what I’m doing as there is less plaque on my teeth. I’m also worried about kidney stones and there has been no growth of the one I have and no new ones. With days getting shorter D 3 is also good to take.
Always best to talk to your doctor.

Have you looked into Watchman surgery? Sounds safer that blood thinners.

and kyphosis in my back, so I take that combo along with liquid calcium. My hubby's mom and her friend came to visit, got Covid, he got Covid, I did not. Weird. My daughter and her family got it but I'm the only one who hasn't gotten it, so it must work!

I'm at high risk for heart attack (had broken heart syndrome last year = heart attack), a brain aneurysm before that (I have EDS), then half my thyroid was removed a month or so ago, so glad I didn't get it!

that explained to me that if a message is understood, it doesn’t matter if spelling is correct. I suffer from from learning disabilities that are all on the language spectrum.
My mother was an English teacher and on the “red ink” spectrum. Couldn’t help herself.
Google “intelligent people that could not spell”. I’m right up there with Einstein and Hemingway.
