Fully boostered and took Paxlovid immediately. But I was recovering from pneumonia when I first tested positive.

Vitamin C (for blood vessel health)
Melatonin (Antioxident + immune booster) &
Vitamin D (immune plus more).
Those have been my illness meds for decades. I wore masks in 20 & 21, took two VAX, and three boosters. Best wishes for speedy recovery. This year I took the Novavax, which isn't mRNA. My wife and kid both caught COVID this year, I lived with them and never got sick. December of 22 I got really sick as I caught it right after I got boosted. I was sick for awhile that round.

happened with any or all of the previous infections.

Keep resting. I hope you recover soon.

I am sending good vibes your way that this isn't a long covid situation. Even vaccinated, studies show that by the 6th infection, your chances are pretty high of getting it.
