I'm NOT a fan of superhero movies, but I loved Hawkeye on Disney+

I thought I'd give the first episode a shot and ended up binge-watching the entire season one. It was a wild ride and I enjoyed every minute of it. Plus it had two of my favorite actresses, Hailee Steinfeld (Edge of Seventeen, Barely Lethal) and Florence Pugh (Fighting with my Family, Little Women).

1. It was the best Marvel series last year

The third episode was my favorite (introducing Echo) and the reveals in the finale were fun.
The story around the actress playing Echo is wonderful

2. I enjoyed it a lot

Hailee Steinfeld shone as archer Kate Bishop, and one of the things that I really like is how well the story slots in with the Defenders (which are also now on Disney+). Seeing Kingpin in the final couple of episodes really tied this whole arc together into a more cohesive whole, and also brought out some of the grayer characters like Echo.
