Amazon Prime - Outer Range

Watching season 2 now, but I already know I will be rewatching both seasons again. I should have watched season 1 - again - before watching season 2....it's about time travel, but really well done....the implications of "the void" make for really great situational scenes and dialogues.

Like you, it occurred to me that I should revisit season 1 as a refresher. Whole lot goin’ on there.

2. Definitely do yourself a favor and rewatch s.1 first. I saw it over a year ago, and you really need to understand

what was going on in s.1 to understand s.2. Great storyline, though. And a great cast as well.

One storyline. Consider a grown son - jumping into the void and meeting up with his father at the same age......

4. They finally did Season 2...

I am almost to the last show. There was another show on Amazon Prime with Sissy Spacek and J.K. Simmons called "Night Sky" and it looks like it was cancelled.

6. The only thing driving me to continue is the premise

I am annoyed at the leaden dialogue, slow pace, poor character development and profligate use of pop songs to set the mood. Everyone acts like they're pissed off about everything yet they are living in Big Sky country so the great vistas should really calm them down. I can't identify a single likeable or even rationally motivated character except maybe Sheriff Joy. The second season is a real disappointment.
