I am a food addict..So I went and bought "Ice Cream" after I finished enough, I threw the rest in the toliet.

That is common in my addiction.
Throw the rest of it away after I had ....."SOME

If I buy snacks, i buy smaller bags like puffy cheetos, but i can eat the whole bag. I'm having health problems so i stopped ice cream. I did eat a bunch of chocolate the last 48 hrs.
