Bizarre symptom from aromatase inhibitors - anyone else?

I've apparently got a muscle spasm in my left ear. It fires off an average of once every 12 minutes or so all day long, quivvers for up to 20 seconds. Repeats ad nauseum all day (and night) long.

It's called, informally, muscular tinnitus - but it is more of a sensation than a sound. One of two muscles is involved - but what I'm experiencing doesn't match the description of either one. Very rapid fluttering. After about a month, I notice it less - but when I time it I realize that the frequency has not decreased.
