Pills, viagra etc. are pretty much hit and miss. Work sometimes, but not every time.

Got a script for penal injection drug. Scary? Yes. Works, every time once you get the doze right. Painful? Not really. Hard to get? Yes, had to go through 3 compounding Pharmacies to find one that makes it. Cost? less than pills. Biggest drawback is storage and shelf life. Vial is only good for 30 days once opened and must be stored in fridge. What I learned, once you fill the syringe, let it warm up for an hour or so before you inject.
