If you're bad enough off to need a medical supply store, just buy a gun, instead, and end the problem.
Catheter supplies are probably cheaper online, although getting them Fed Exed overnight in an emergency adds to the cost. Don't buy a gun. Defy those assholes.
(Well, shit, Amazon has a lot of gear, they really do sell everything)
