I guess I'm lucky - I haven't had a flu shot since the swine flu shot I got eons ago, and I can't remember the last time I got the flu..

We got ours last week...the extra strength dosage for people over 65...no reactions....
No soreness or pain...don't forget to consider the pneumonia shot...doesn't cover all kinds, but can be a big help. Only one is necessary with a booster a few years after, i think...
Started getting flu shots in the early fifties when they first came out....never had it. And i worked with kids for forty years....So the shots must help....z
