My local hospital teaches several classes in Tai Chi for Arthritis by Dr Lam. Very few of us students had arthritis but took the classes for overall health. There are a number of introductory videos online by Dr. Lam himself at youtube. And there are a number of his certified instructors who have uploaded videos to youtube. I can highly recommend him.
