am I the only one with this ?

In case you just wandered in here, this is the Mental Health Support group. Insensitive comments are not welcome, to me
or anyone else in this group. FYI.

Ok, now my situation. I know we all cope with relationships, both their joys and stresses. Inevitably, with a husband/wife/partner,
there is a conflict and words are exchanged. Many times the words are a bit harsh. Most of us do not really enjoy this situation,
and cope with it as well as possible.

Very long story short, I really really strongly dislike those situations, to the point of increased anxiety, obsessing, sadness and just
generalized misery. I know, many times, the conflict will blow over and things can be resolved. My "heart", so to speak, is not so confident.

I am undergoing clinical hypnosis (which is safe and effective) to address the relevant issues. If you also are this way, you have my deepest sympathies.

Best wishes to all regulars and lurkers

Steve
