If Tiger my outdoor kitty doesn’t show up on time , the anxiety gets worse, I expect him to be late tonight because pouring rain I wish I did have some kind of routine

For two more years. I think it adds to the insomnia and anxiety, it’s kind of like menopause all over again. I’m very grateful it was caught in time, only lumpectomy, chemo and radiation. I’ve been terrified of cancer ever since my mom died over 30 years ago.

I try to stay away from benzodiazapines because of my propensity towards addictive behavior, so I use zoloft and it helps me. It helps lift the sword of damacles feeling I get for no apparent reason.

I worry constantly. I became disabled and no longer work.

It's just this feeling something bad is going to happen. I never used to be like this.

I took a xanax

if the Xana in Xanax made its way into your DU screen name? Was that deliberate?

Hope you're feeling better soon.

I don't mean to be dismissive, but have found that music is really helpful along with audio books.

I hope you feel better soon.

And having a lunatic at the helm of a major political party, and nutbags who worship him, is certainly not helpful.

Hopefully justice is not far off and we'll all have a sense of relief.

Hang in there my friend. As the saying goes, this too shall pass.
