to news reports. They wear everyone down. Try and get outside and walk. Read or listen to a good book. That helps me when its way too much to bear.

In a seeming perpetual state of weighed down. Thankfully, Spring showed up last week - it literally happens overnight here, and I have spent most of my time involved in putting out a small garden because I can't live without flowers and some veggies would be nice too. I am feeling a bit less bogged down in the political mire by getting outside and limiting my exposure to the news for now. My therapist likes that idea as a diversion from the dregs of life in these times.

at age 68. I had hoped to continue for a couple more years. Don't know if I will make it!

I am thankful I was able to get disability and stop beating my body and bones to pulp. I would have dropped dead by now if I hadn't.

I hope you are able to hang in there if you need to. But if you can't, don't kill yourself trying to do something you can't.

It's partially personal life stuff...my elderly dad is fading, teens are now 20's and struggling to "adult" and I can't help either way.

Part of it is definitely headlines. I stopped watching news, even Rachel, a whle back because it wasn't wrth raising my blood pressure.

I just feel the heavyness of this world, like we are SO close to everything just going to hell.

Outside helps. My pets help. Making stupid jokes with my partner helps.

we're all in this together!

decor or real estate shows as a way to relax). You are appreciated but you have to take care of yourself.
