Walked 4 miles in the park today. Yesterday not so good, tired and got nothing done. Because my wife works and I’m retired, I like for her to come home to a clean house. Dishes done, floors vacuumed and I like to pick a couple big jobs every week. She’s happy and then I’m happy.
Hoping you have more good days ahead.

cold because it causes his airways to narrow and spasm. He's on oxygen 24/7 for COPD. I was in a depressed funk the previous week; a coworker went on a vacation to Arizona to see baseball spring training. My husband and I used to do that years ago, before he required oxygen and a wheelchair. It's not good to be envious or compare your life to other people; I do that sometimes and end up making myself miserable.

Happy for you both that Mr. X got good news regarding his biopsy. Take care!

I'm homebound living hands to mouth. My sister lives in a beautiful home and travels the world. Its hard not to feel bad sometimes.

that happiness involves more than the absence of stress. Who'd a thunk it? Weird, unexpected lessons later in life. Hope your anxiety is improving.

I should add that we have been having a very mild winter here in the Twin Cities. Today it was 61 at the house. They are calling for 70 tomorrow, but also rain in the mix. Then, we go back to days in the 40s, but still pretty warm for here. I hope you are having a nice day where you are.
