Constantly talking about health

My SO talks about his health constantly. This morning was a cough and sore throat. I told him test for covid and he yelled at me. I try to block it out at this point. Hes 71 and does a lot of dumb things. He finally got thru to the drs office. I just want peace and quiet. My nerves are shot.

We got into an argument at the tax office bc i wanted to go first. We waited an hr over and he said they were punishingus bc i asked to go first. He told me shut up and was nasty. I'm living with him paying the bills.

The latest one to catch his eye is the stupid Balance of Nature. I had to tell him the manufacturer was shut down last year by the FDA for unfounded claims and concerns that their supplements may not actually contain what they claimed to.
He also is a bit of a hypochondriac; constantly worried about getting pneumonia or any infections. I realize he has severe COPD and is on oxygen, but feel bad he bugs his doctor so much every time he imagines he is getting sick. I get so tired of hearing about his health, too. I don't need constant updates on how often he takes a dump or what color his sputum looks like. My nerves get strained to the breaking point, so I can understand how you feel. I started telling him to write down his symptoms in a journal, hope that will give him something to do and will bother me less!

Take Care

THANK YOU SO MUCH! and, he smokes. They wanted a lung scan, and he refused. He's constantly saying he'll live a long life, but I'm not so sure about that. He's on a million pills I can't keep up with.

He does have pain, has had surgeries, etc. But the CONSTANT talk about his feet, throat, yadda yadda. I try not to even listen anymore, then he gets mad and says I don't listen. When we do get booze, he'll drink it all quickly. Like I said, I have doubts about living to 100. His choices. He also takes supplements
