Good but tearful session with my therapist

He did tell me he was worried about me, to take care of myself and to not hesitate to call him. He's still trying to get my medication review moved to an earlier date.

He also said that he thought about me when he watched the debate, and wondered if while listening to the convicted felon's lies, I was restraining myself from breaking something. The answer was YES.

The rest of today will be focused on this sweet kitten, rather than on myself. She's sleeping a lot, mostly on my shoulder, but that's what kittens do. And she seems stronger than she was last night so I'm moderately hopeful she can escape her sisters' fate.

I'm just going to rest up, today. I do have to check and see if there are any more zucchini. They do grow fast.

4. He is very kind

He has actually called me at home to check up on me after a particularly tough session. One time he called to see how Arthur, one of my kidcats because Arthur was having a bit of a health issue. Thankfully is fully resolved.
