Just sitting here, watching garbage TV

I feel alone. I'm not going to reach out via text to relatives bc I'm feeling lonely. My 32k jaw work the dentist who caused the problem...is spasming. But. My jaw is fine according to him.

Feel like everything and everyone I thought I knew was just an illusion filtered through my crazy brain. Ppl don't care about you like you thought they did! Finally! Got it.

DU, basically, you're my mainstay. There are more sane, kind ppl on DU thank God than my real life. Wish I could hug you all. X

That’s what groups are for, the good times and the bad. If you reach out for support it makes it easier for someone else to do the same when they need support.

Reaching out not on DU, results in me being emotionally beaten up. I'm almost mute at this point. Some family shit went down. My sister is abusive

Many who feel the same way as you. We have to reach out to each other to remind ourselves. Hang in there.

I mean it. Maybe I'm being nuts. If you visit someone 'close' to you on their bday every year, and you don't want to... could you pop them a text telling them some bullshit that you're sick or busy etc ? I would have
