I feel so nuts, I'm not even sure I've gone round the bend

Dear friends, I think my ears are ringing. But I'm not sure if its me actually experiencing bad ringing post jaw being pushed back into my ears. Or if I'm just *thinking* it is bad. So far, cannot find a lawyer interested in my case.

Getting very mild, intermittant forehead headaches now, with some jaw pain here and there. I'm so grateful to ALL of you for listening to me over this time. I did drink some wine too relax. I went for a short walk.

Just so on edge. I'm 59. I really cannot live like this for years. If I was 85, Id be pissed but figure I'll be dead soon.

Or else I’m the sane one and much of the rest of the world is running off the rails.

I prefer the latter explanation. Why are so many people being such idiots???

4. Do you keep a journal of your symptoms?

I was wondering if a journal might help you understand when your symptoms occur, or give you some other insight into them.

5. I have severe tinnitus at times, the kind that only adds to the anxieties keeping me awake at night.

Sometimes I wonder if it was caused by some of the prescription meds I've taken over the years. It's listed as a side effect of some.

Sadly, knowing the possible causes doesn't really get me anywhere.

I'm currently enduring other health issues and I'm not at all happy with the health care system in the U.S.A.. It's trying my patience. Yesterday I was on the phone a long time listening to music on "hold" or talking briefly to people as they transferred my call around. Very little got resolved to my satisfaction, or even to a reasonable standard of care.

Sigh.

Hang in there.

7. So sorry you are going through such hell. My only kid, she had TMJ issues on and off

for years. When she started taking estrogen for severe peri menopause, it really helped her TMJ, that and magnesium supplements. Has your doc ever discussed estrogen to help you?

I know everyone is different, and what helps one person won’t work for another. Praying you find relief.
