I can't nap because of my anxiety and the noisy place I live. But, I can still sleep for 16 hours if I'm lucky. Love it when I can get through another day unconscious. Oh, what fun we all have, eh?

I don't know what it is with the daylight. One day last week I didn't get up until it was dark! That was a 15 hour sleep. It's always been my escape. Too bad I have nightmares all the time. Just can't win...

I've done the sleep escape since I was a child. So, it's been all over the place. Do you keep one? How does it help?

daily routine noises...traffic, trucks picking up garbage, yard work, in home day care next door...that makes it so easy to sleep.

At night with the dark and quiet (I do have a white noise machine) is too overwhelming too sleep through.
