You want STRONG nicotine concentration too during transition ... I used 18mg but not sure they make that anymore think 12mg/L is the limit in AZ.
You can quickly go down in concentration w/o that much difficulty after you transition.
Takes about 1 week of 0 cigs before they start to lose their hold/fade from your mind. After 1-2 month you'll start to dislike the smell of them anymore (and they'll smell super-strong), and if you take a drag it tastes like it did the very first time you ever had one ... GROSS.
I went 4 years on vape only ... til my divorce last Feb. Since then I've been screwing up, buying packs even sometimes ... gotta be careful even after a long time on vapor only. CIgs DEFINITELY have other addictive shit in them besides nicotine ...

5 weeks at 12 mg. 2 days at 6.
looking forward to 3 in some 5 odd weeks out.
best part is, 2 of my
friends are now on board too.
